Salsafix SoFla Timing Workshop (7:00PM - 10:00PM)
 TIMING! It is the one aspect about Salsa dancing that will make you or break you on the dance floor. We all agree that the ability to dance on time to the music is an essential aspect for any serious dancer. Melissa, Head Instructor at our Salsafix Dance Studios San Antonio, Texas location, is coming to South Florida to bridge the gap between music and dancing. Fundraiser For Families Of Andre E (9:30PM - 11:59PM)
Due to the passing of our Beloved Andres, we are having a benefit dance to raise funds for his family and especially his wife Pamela. We are all gathering at Club Mambo this Saturday. Andre's Social (10:30PM - 11:59PM)
My friends, The salsa community suffered a great loss. One of our friends, Andres Echeverria died suddenly and without warning. We are all in shock and as for me, still in disbelief. Andres was passionate about many things but especially about salsa and dancing. He loved to dance salsa, he loved to teach salsa, he created choreographies. He loved teaching others and inspired them to find the rhythm in their souls. His ready smile and his warm embrace made everyone feel special and cared about. Andres left behind his family: his mother and father; sister and brother, all his other relative, and his new wife, Pamela. He left his many friends, old and new. Some of us wonder why he had to leave so early and there are no easy answers but we have faith. Pray for them, that they may find some comfort in their faith. Pray for them that they believe that the essence of Andres is in the spiritual and that although we will all miss his physical presence, he will always be with them and with us, in our hearts and in our minds, until that time that we all will meet again. Now I ask that we come together as a family, and share the burden of having to lay to rest one of our own beloved salseros. Join us in a special memorial where we will celebrate his life and his love of salsa and music.
July 26th. 2008 Club Tropical 211 SE 1st Ave Hallanadale Beach Blvd Doors open at 10:30p.m. We are calling all Salseros to gather that night to dance and to remember Andre. All proceeds will be donate to PAMELA.
